i spent sunday afternoon taking production stills for Ken Roht's 99¢ Only Same-O, an Electric Ballad, which looks to be a great show. the costumes are designed by the inimitable talent, ann closs-farley. i have been clothed by ann several times and have seen first hand how passionate and imaginative she is. i think someone told me there are more than 150 costumes in this show. i'm not even sure i have the patience to count to 150, let alone make that many custom, totally original outfits from shit that's not supposed to be worn!
