monterey park has the largest population of people of chinese descent of any city in the nation. this is why we went there for dim sum. and why it was worth waiting an hour for a table. faith!
There's something about these pictures that call to mind childhood memories. I think I was more sensitive to color and texture when I was small.
ReplyDeletealso, i think a lot of these structures would have been new or at least recently built when you were younger. they haven't changed, and there are no harsh elements in socal to batter them down.
